Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ai Melodia website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Ai Melodia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content you generate

Subject to your subscription plan and our Licenses page, you own the tracks you generate. You grant Melodia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

4. Acceptable use

• No content that infringes another party's intellectual property, publicity rights, or moral rights.
• No impersonation of real people's voices without verifiable consent.
• No content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or training another model on Melodia output.
• No reselling raw API access or wrapping the Service as your own.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods or unused credits, except where required by law. Pricing changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melodia is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
