This Privacy Policy explains how Ai Melodia ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our Service. We are committed to GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, and CCPA (California) compliance.

1. Information we collect

  • Account info: email, username, optional profile data (display name, avatar, bio).
  • Generation data: prompts, lyrics, styles, generated tracks. Stored to serve your library and to improve quality.
  • Billing info: processed by Stripe. We never store your card number.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation counts. Stored for abuse prevention and product analytics.
  • Device info: IP address (hashed), user agent (hashed), approximate region.

2. How we use it

  • To provide and operate the Service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To enforce abuse limits and detect fraud.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To send transactional emails (account, billing, security). Marketing emails only with your opt-in.

3. Who we share with

  • Payment processor: Stripe, Inc.
  • AI providers: Suno, PiAPI, Replicate, Mureka — only prompt data, never identity.
  • Email provider: for transactional and account emails.
  • We never sell your personal data. Period.

4. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and associated data (right to be forgotten).
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict processing.

5. Data retention

Generated tracks and account data are retained for the lifetime of your account. After you delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (typically billing records for 7 years).

6. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (session, CSRF). We do not use third-party ad cookies. Optional analytics cookies are loaded only with consent.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and the EU. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or in-product banner.
